Job description

We are looking for a mechanic-estimator-programmer at our headquarters in Noirmont. Your tasks: Commissioning of CNC machines of the Citizen M16 and M32 types, Miyano BNA-42. Programming of parts using the programming software G-code. Creation of NC programs for milling and turning processes. Testing and debugging of NC programs. Optimization of NC programs for improved processing times. Documentation of NC programs in a database. Collaboration with the production team to ensure smooth production processes. Identification and correction of errors in NC programs. Development of new NC programs for new products. Implementation of changes to existing NC programs. Troubleshooting of CNC machines. Maintenance of CNC machines. Continuous training and further education to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in CNC technology.
