Primary objective:

• Ensure the functioning of equipment and mechanical devices;
• Identify defects and replace worn-out or defective parts, perform adjustments.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze the nature of defects and their causes;
• Identify and use suitable tools and equipment for execution, repair, and replacement of defective parts;
• Replace the defective part with a corresponding spare part, verifying the correctness of the assembly using appropriate instruments;
• Remediate mechanical deficiencies, eliminate sources of noise, vibration, dust, etc.
• Adjust mechanical devices, hydraulic, pneumatic systems to meet functional parameters specified;
• Recommend, after interventions, in accordance with the situation, methods for avoiding situations that may lead to non-functional equipment or equipment defects
• Prepare process reports of assembly or technical inspection reports, report operations to the superior officer.
