Mechanical Technologist

An established and growing company in London ON is seeking a talented, organized and knowledgeable Mechanical Technologist to draft and design mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, fire, etc.) systems for commercial, residential and institutional buildings. They are expected to work closely on their own projects as well as other teams producing design and drawings for permit and construction.

Compensation

$75,000 - $115,000 annually to start based on experience and training, including:

Schedule

Day Shift, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (M-Th); 8:00 am to 2:30 pm Fridays. Flexibility will be granted to those who need it so long as job functions are upheld. Overtime is paid.

• Diploma in Mechanical Technology, Architectural Technology or related program.
  
• Previous Mechanic Design experience specifically on commercial and residential multi-unit buildings.
  
• Excellent time-management, organization and communication skills.
  
• Attention to detail: commitment to accurately troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; experience in REVIT considered an asset
