Mechanical Technician - Real Estate, Campinas

Job Description We are looking for a Mechanical Technician with experience in critical environments to work on the operation, maintenance, and support of mechanical systems essential to the continuity of services. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of equipment and installations that cannot suffer interruptions. Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems such as HVAC (climatization), chillers, pumps, exhausts, towers of condensate, etc. Ensure the proper functioning of mechanical systems, including those with high temperatures, pressures, and vibrations. Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve issues related to mechanical systems. Develop and implement maintenance plans for mechanical systems. Perform inspections and tests on mechanical systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge. Provide technical support to other departments as needed. Ensure the proper documentation of all work performed.
