Mechanical Technician (f/m/d)

Aufgaben

• Erection and commissioning of mechanical, mechatronic, and electronic groups and systems, such as measurement instruments, test systems, fixtures, special machines for the production of opto-electronic components.
• Precise wiring of control panels for aforementioned installations.
• Maintenance, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of said installations.
• Care and creation of technical documentation.
• Participation in prototype builds, sample production.
• Participation in introducing new products and processes into the line.
• Participation in the procurement process.

Qualifikation

You bring this with you

• Technical education or a BA, such as Mechatronics, Electronics for Automation Technology, Fine Mechanics, Industrial Mechanic, Aircraft Mechanic.
• Outstanding knowledge in the use of tools and measuring instruments.
• Implementation of technical documents, such as technical drawings, circuit diagrams, and pneumatic plans.
• Experience with components of industrial assembly automation, especially drive technology.
• Familiarity with software tools for visualization, data collection, and documentation (e.g. E-Drawings, Fluid-Sim, Office).
• Very good fine motor skills and high attention to detail when handling sensitive components.
• Awareness of detailed and precise work.
• Documented working steps.
• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking (C1).
• Good English language skills in writing and speaking (B2).

You also have experience with...

• Experience in assembly, testing or service of precise machines or installations, ideally in the fields of semiconductor, optics, medical technology or electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of machining techniques.
• Fundamental knowledge of SPS programming in the field of assembly automation.
• Experience with continuous improvement work.
• Fundamental knowledge of CAD viewers or simple 3D model views for better interpretation of groups.
