The Opportunity:
Lindsay Transport is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor, to join our Erskine Park, Sydney team. You will oversee repairs, mentor our skilled technicians and ensure that our fleet is maintained to the highest level on our afternoon shift commencing at 2.00pm.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Supervise the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair across a variety of fleet vehicles (prime movers, rigids, trailers).
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system faults.
- Plan, prioritize, and allocate daily tasks to mechanics and service technicians.
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure accurate completion of maintenance and repair documentation
- Lead, mentor, and supervise workshop employees.
- Demonstrating safe work practices, leading by example and promoting a safe work culture.
- Advanced mechanical knowledge coupled with a Mechanical Trade Qualification.
- Electrical experience is desirable.
- Minimum of HR and FL licence are essential.
- Experience in leading mechanical teams, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
- Ability to motivate, mentor and develop team members.

- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
