MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING TEAM LEADER

Page Personnel - Leadership tecnica e organizzativa del team: Guide the group in daily activities, ensuring effective management of priorities and resources, promoting collaboration and supporting professional growth of people. - Ensure correctness of information in designs and BOMs: Guarantee that mechanical designs and bill of materials are complete and correct from a production standpoint. - Promote continuous improvement: Continuously optimize processes of design and industrialization, collaborating with R&D to avoid design errors and ensuring a smooth transition from prototype to production. - Manage costs and times: Propose solutions to optimize costs, production time, and product quality, considering production and supply constraints. - Ensure production quality: Monitor compatibility of design solutions with quality requirements, optimizing production and respecting release documentation deadlines. - Technical support for production and quality control: Collaborate with Production and Quality departments in resolving technical issues encountered during production, contributing timely to analysis of causes and definition of corrective actions. - Support in managing components: Collaborate with the Sourcing team to ensure that necessary components for production are procured correctly, respecting quality and cost requirements. - Experience of at least 2-3 years in industrialization or mechanical design oriented towards production. - Excellent knowledge of SolidWorks CAD, with ability to read, modify, and analyze mechanical designs. - Experience in managing and updating bill of materials (BOMs), with particular attention to correctness of information from a production standpoint. - Knowledge of principles of producibility, mechanical assembly, and cost optimization. - Knowledge of geometric tolerances to ensure that projects are realizable and respond to production standards. - Experience in manufacturing technologies, including injection molding, casting, and mechanical machining for chip removal. - Having knowledge of SolidWorks PDM or other PDM/PLM systems is a plus. - Knowledge of technical standardization processes and reduction of component complexity. - Ability to coordinate activities and resources within a technical team, promoting efficiency, collaboration, and goal-oriented approach. - English, Level B1/B2 Skills: - Proactive problem-solving: Ability to identify and solve independently and promptly problems that may affect production. - Teamwork skills: Essential for collaboration with various departments (R&D, Sourcing, Production) to optimize production flow. - Attention to detail: Precision and accuracy in verifying conformity of projects and bill of materials to production needs. - Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges, solutions, and changes in company priorities. - Technical leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of work, assigning priorities and responsibilities effectively. - Effective communication: Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, suppliers, and other technical and productive stakeholders.
