Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and update mechanical maintenance plans and schedules to ensure alignment with terminal standards, procedures and regulatory requirements Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning and replacement of mechanical equipment including Boil-off Gas (BOG) compressors, cryogenic pumps, marine loading arms, storage tanks and pressure vessels Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure safe and reliable mechanical work and improvement projects Review and analyse mechanical performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement Implement corrective actions to prevent or minimize mechanical failures Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with terminal policies and procedures Conduct regular inspections of mechanical equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues Develop and implement mechanical maintenance training programs for terminal personnel Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes and standards Perform other duties as assigned by the Terminal Manager
