Job description

Maintenance Fitter TRS Resourcing has been asked to source and screen suitable trade-qualified Mechanical Fitters for our client, who is well-established in developing innovative and industrial-grade equipment solutions for the circular economy. Our client, based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, requires a candidate for their service and repairs department. This department involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing centrifugal and meat processing equipment. Successful candidates must have experience working with mechanical equipment, including pumps, valves, and gearboxes. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. In addition, they must have a trade qualification in mechanical fitting or a related field.
