Mechanical Fitter

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our Maintenance Department . If you’re passionate about machinery, skilled in fault finding, and committed to health and safety, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and breakdown maintenance on mechanical systems Conduct fault finding and root cause analysis Use a variety of tools and instruments (vernier callipers, micrometres, gauges) Read and interpret technical drawings Fit, assemble, and disassemble mechanical components as required Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and reduce downtime.
