Mechanical (Fire) Engineer - Consulting Industry - R480K - R360K

RPO Recruitment’s client, a highly reputable and well-established consulting firm specialising in Mechanical, Fire, Electrical, and Electronic Engineering Services in Cape Town, is currently in search of a qualified Mechanical Engineer or Technologist who can eagerly contribute to their complex and dynamic projects. Requirements:

• BEng/BSc/BTech in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the mechanical building services sector
• Experience in SANS regulations for rational building fire safety design, design of firefighting equipment, smoke evacuation systems, stair pressurisation systems and fire sprinkler systems
• Experience in thermal modelling advantageous
• Experience in developing fire safety and fire compliance designs for multi-disciplinary construction projects
• Ability to manage small and medium sized projects with limited or no guidance and assist with preparation of tender documentation and project management administration
• Candidate registration with ECSA and working towards professional registration
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Revit

Benefits:

Salary: R360K – R480K CTC per annum
