Mechanical Field Service Manager (Engineering/ACMV/HVAC) - North

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee field service operations for the Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, and HVAC industry in the North region. Lead a team of field service technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer satisfaction and business objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize service performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to ensure their success and growth. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in mechanical field service management or a related role. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, air conditioning, and mechanical ventilation principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
