Purpose : The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of new and existing cleaning equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, the ability to work collaboratively, and a passion for innovation. Key Responsibilities: * Design and develop mechanical systems and components for cleaning equipment. * Conduct engineering analysis, including calculations, simulations, and testing. * Create and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineering, manufacturing, and marketing. * Research and implement new technologies and materials. * Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues. * Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements. * Participate in product testing and validation. * Support product launch and commercialization. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and development. * Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). * Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including statics, dynamics, and thermodynamics. * Experience with designing and analyzing mechanical systems and components. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Experience with manufacturing processes and materials. * Experience with product testing and validation. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Experience in the cleaning equipment industry. * Experience with FEA software. * Experience with rapid prototyping techniques. * Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
