Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer Job Description:

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The main objective is to organize and prioritize interventions on production lines in an efficient manner. Location: Pantelimon, Ilfov.

Responsibilities:

• Organize activities based on received instructions and assign tasks according to each member's knowledge and abilities.
• Ensure the provision of spare parts and develop/maintain a maintenance plan for production lines, taking into account the production plan.
• Maintain contact with suppliers and equipment manufacturers to resolve defects that have occurred during operation.
• Assign tasks to equipment and employees, explain deadlines and priorities, and monitor compliance with the maintenance plan, manufacturer recommendations, and health and safety regulations at work.
• Verify the state of equipment periodically and be responsible for reporting defects, necessary spare parts, and unplanned downtime.
• Complete reports and statistics on defects, irregularities, and propose improvements or corrections when necessary.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive working climate and efficient communication between team members, management, and HR department.

Candidates:

• Technical studies;
• No experience in organizing production and work;
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the industrial sector;
• Knowledge of English (especially technical terms);
• Knowledge of PC operation;
• Availability for shift work.
