Mechanical Designer

LHH On behalf of a major company specialized in the production of industrial plants, we are looking for a Mechanical Designer to be inserted within the Technical Office. The figure will contribute to the design and development of innovative industrial machinery, collaborating with the technical team to define the functional and technical characteristics of the designed solutions.

Responsibilities

• Designing mechanical systems for industrial plants and machinery;
• Preparing technical project documentation (2D/3D drawings, specifications, manuals);
• Defining the functional and constructive characteristics of machines;
• Designing pneumatic and hydraulic systems;
• Performing dynamic calculations and designing machine cycles;
• Collaborating with production, automation, and assembly departments to ensure correct project implementation;
• Using and updating technical data through PDM software.

Your Profile

Candidates with the following requirements will be considered:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial plants or machinery sector;
• Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, or Solid Edge and AutoCAD;
• Good understanding of PDM systems;
• Knowledge and experience in dynamic calculations and machine cycle design (times and machine cycles).
