MECHANICAL DESIGNER FOR INDUSTRIAL PLANTS

Page Personnel The resource, reporting directly to the Technical Responsible, will be responsible for the following functions: - Design and development: Supervise the design and development of machinery and production lines, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery times. - Project management: Plan, monitor, and manage ongoing projects, coordinating information flow between various company departments. - Technical documentation management: Supervise the correct preparation and archiving of technical documentation (electrical diagrams, mechanical designs, user manuals, etc.). - Research and innovation: Promote the adoption of innovative solutions and technical improvements to optimize design and production processes. - Interface with customers: Collaborate with the commercial team to define customized technical solutions based on specific customer needs. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. - Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the field of machinery and industrial plant design. - Technical skills: Advanced knowledge of CAD 3D design software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor) and simulation and automation software. - Leadership: Experience in coordinating and managing a technical team. - Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a technical context. - Knowledge of production: Ability to interface with the production department and understand industrial processes. - Language: Knowledge of English language, preferably at an intermediate level, for interacting with suppliers and customers.
