Mechanical Designer

DIREZIONE LAVORO SPA (Aut. Min.0001 del 21/1/19) - Genoa branch is seeking a Mechanical Designer to be permanently inserted within a solid international reality. Main Responsibilities - Design and quote mechanical components in 2D with Autodesk Inventor - Model assemblies in 3D and prepare for assembly with distinct parts - Archive designs and manage revisions through Autodesk Vault - Dimension transmission chains with speed reducers - Apply calculation principles to design toothed wheels - Define mechanical couplings at interference - Select bearings and bushes based on project specifications - Verify elementary mechanical structures such as trees and motor supports - Dimension and verify friction and electromagnetic brake connections Requisites - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent title - At least one year of experience as a designer and/or mechanical engineer - Basic knowledge of mechanical design, metallic materials (ferrous and non-ferrous), processing, and technical drawing - Excellent mastery of CAD 2D (preferably AutoCAD) and CAD 3D (preferably Autodesk Inventor) - Propensity to teamwork - Availability for short trips in Italy and abroad - Excellent relational skills - Knowledge of the English language Work Location: Genoa, with possible short trips in Italy and abroad Working Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday Labor Contract: CCNL Metalmeccanico.
