Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer (Static & Rotating Equipment) Location: Chennai, India Experience: 5 to 20 Years Industry: Oil & Gas (EPC / EPCM Projects) Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our detail engineering team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Oil & Gas sector, specifically handling EPC or EPCM projects. You will be responsible for the detailed design and engineering of both Static and Rotating equipment, including pumps, valves, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and other mechanical components. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical design principles, as well as experience with CAD software, finite element analysis (FEA), and simulation tools. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and possess excellent communication skills.
