For our Piacenza office, we are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join the Manufacturing team.

The position is designed for young professionals eager to grow in a cutting-edge industrial context and contribute to the development of a technology that is revolutionizing the energy storage world.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you will have the opportunity to develop technical skills, follow concrete projects, and collaborate with various company teams and international partners.

Responsibilities:

• You will support the technical development of production projects and orders.
• You will collaborate with external engineering companies for the preparation and revision of technical documentation.
• You will liaise with the Engineering and Project Management teams to ensure alignment of design solutions.
• You will contribute to the optimization of production processes and product configurations.
• You will participate in industrialization and continuous improvement activities.
• You will collaborate with the R&D team in the development and evolution of the technology.
• You will prepare and update technical documentation, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and engineering deliverables.
• You will create and modify technical drawings and 3D models.

Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Energy, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Teamwork and collaboration attitude.
• Organizational skills and priority management.
• Good knowledge of Italian and English.
• Knowledge of 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, Solid Edge, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software for 2D drawing.
• Knowledge of technical drawing, GD&T, and engineering documentation.
• Interest in industrial production processes, plant engineering, and energy.
• University experiences, thesis, projects, or internships in the mechanical or industrial field.

Compensation and benefits:

Permanent, full-time contract. Compensation aligned with experience (indicative gross annual salary: €30,000 – €40,000).
