Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer Location: Mohali, India Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3 Years Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and drafting using SolidWorks. The ideal candidate will assist the engineering team in updating product designs, creating and maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support manufacturability and cost reduction initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in designing and developing new products and product lines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. • Create and maintain accurate and detailed technical drawings and designs using SolidWorks. • Develop and implement design standards, guidelines, and best practices. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Work closely with the engineering team to resolve design-related issues and improve product performance. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • 3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and drafting using SolidWorks. • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
