Your Role – Your Passion

• You lend a hand when it comes to the maintenance and upkeep of our camper vans – from small tasks to preparing them for the next trip.

• You ensure that our vehicles remain in top condition by carrying out simple repairs and checking everything that is important for a safe trip.

• You carefully document damages and completed work so that we always have an overview.

• You ensure that all team members recognize and correctly report damages so that nothing is overlooked.

• You find practical solutions when things get tight between repairs and bookings – and keep operations running.

What you need to surf on the same wave as us

• Willingness to pitch in and put things in order – manual dexterity is perfectly sufficient

• Reliability and a structured way of working

• Enjoyment of teamwork and clear communication

• Flexibility and solution-orientation, even when things get stressful

• Driver's license Class B

Your Salary

We ❤️ transparency. The salary band for this position is between 32,400 EUR and 34,800 EUR gross annually. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better in the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will find out together which level within the salary band is best for you. Your salary will be reviewed at least once a year in an annual feedback discussion.
