Mechanical Assembly Position

A well-established company operating for over 70 years in the metalmechanics sector has entrusted us with the task of identifying two individuals interested in taking on the role of Assembler or Assistant to Assemble, to be hired on a temporary basis with the possibility of future permanent employment. Work location: Rivolta d'Adda (CR) The Assembly Worker or Mechanic role involves:

• Assembling various components (manually or using specialized equipment or automated machines)
• Reporting at the end of the process, the number of finished parts, the number of rejected parts, and the time taken
• Packaging finished products and arranging them on designated pallets

To take on this role, it is necessary:

• To have gained experience in assembly or mechanical mounting for at least 6 months
• To be able to use workshop tools
• To be available to work from Monday to Friday for a total of 40 hours per week across three shifts (6:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-6:00)

The contractual framework includes:

• Qualification as an operator
• CCNL Metalmechanics Industry Level D2
• A monthly salary of €1,931.78 and commensurate with experience and skills already acquired
• Bonuses for shifts and production incentives
