Requirements• Education: University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience managing M&E scope on large-scale
construction projects
• Proven experience in site coordination, commissioning, and contract administration of
M&E systems
• Bilingual (French-English) oral and written communication (an asset)
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, and construction coordination platforms
• LEED accreditation is an asset
• Working knowledge of construction techniques, drawings, specs, and applicable industry
standards
