Job requirements

- Graduate of the Faculty of Installations for buildings;
- Specialized in the field of mechanical and electrical installations (weak currents, strong currents);
- Knowledge of program preparation;
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, WinDev, Autocad, Project.
- Active person, organized, with initiative, oriented towards achieving results;
- Seriousness, responsibility, dynamism.

Main responsibilities:

- Prepare electrical and mechanical offers, according to specifications received regarding the execution of installation works;
- Study job files in order to understand the requirements that the offer must meet and identify any omissions, errors, or inconsistencies; Transmit to the Beneficiary - if necessary, requests for clarification regarding the work to be offered;
- Identify the main materials and equipment that make up the offer, their technical characteristics, and quantities;
- Prepare requests for offers for material suppliers, equipment, and follow up on receipt of these; select and negotiate received offers;
- Realize execution graphs, price analyses;
- Participate in site visits;
- Follow-up projects won to ensure that the installation of equipment is in line with the transmitted offer and Beneficiary's requirements.
