Mechanic with GMP Experience

Due to the increase in production, a continuous shift operation will be introduced from 2025 onwards (= 3 days morning shift, 3 days evening shift, 3 days free). The ideal candidate is a positive-thinking, integrated, and self-reflective person with strong team skills. In this sense, the person brings an open and collaborative attitude and mindset that enables them to work successfully in a team and across departments.

The candidate takes responsibility and lives an open Speak-Up and error culture. Additionally, the person has completed vocational training as a maintenance mechanic and 3 years of professional experience in maintenance.
