Mechanic Job

We are looking for a mechanic who is oriented towards the team and proactive for Navodari in the company Rominserv.

The new role:

Realizing works of construction/reparation of technological conduct, reservoirs, metal constructions – demounting/mounting armatures, blind/blind conduct and technological equipment, according to the documentation of construction/reparation, with respect for norms, procedures and specific work technologies.

The activities that will help you shine:

• Executing works of blinding and unblinding of static and dynamic equipment, according to specifications, for intervention in safety on equipment;

• Repairing heat exchangers and air valves: demounting and mounting capacity covers; extracting and mounting tube fascicles; executing pressure tests in insulation/tevi and repairing defects that appear;

• Repairing boilers under pressure according to ISCIR norms: demounting and mounting access covers; mechanical cleaning for inspections; demounting and mounting armatures for boiler verification; executing pressure tests according to control organization requirements;

• Demounting armatures and valves for verification and repair, mounting at position armatures and valves after repair;

• Repairing vessels and reservoirs: demounting capacity covers for access inspection in the vessel, reservoir, executing mechanical cleaning; (polishing, polishing) of welding cordons and walls according to imposed schemes by control organizations, executing pressure tests for verification of tightness;

• Demounting valves for verification and repair, mounting at position valves after repair;

• Ability to fabricate and mount technological conduct according to a design/sketch/isometric.
