Mechanic / Automation Specialist: 100% Quality Inspector

For our customer, a leading company in the industrial sector in Zurich, we are looking for a flexible and reliable employee who will be responsible for quality inspection of production. Challenges that you can grow with: - Qualitative and quantitative testing of material inputs using mechanical, electrical, and optical measuring instruments as well as related documents - Partial assembly of equipment and components - Conducting first sample inspections including first sample reports (ZP) and PPAP - Special measurement orders such as for development or QS - Creating quality reports in case of deviations - Perform tests and activities during the production process and inspect them - Perform tests or inspections according to defined procedures and instructions in handbooks and test scripts - Carry out assigned tasks according to agreed-upon workflows and in accordance with PG standard processes and safety guidelines. Qualifications that will take you further: - Completed technical vocational training, e.g. polymechanics, industrial mechanics, or equivalent training (reading technical drawings is essential) - Training as an automation specialist or electrical engineer also very welcome - The training must include knowledge of manufacturing processes (casting, turning, etc.), measurement methods and quality inspection. This could also be learned through additional qualifications. - Good German language skills in writing and speaking, English is advantageous - Good MS Office skills - Qualifications in the field of quality management / quality assurance or testing on components are an advantage - Safe handling with SAP is an advantage Your application Have we piqued your interest?
