Maintenance Mechanic

Synergie Italia, Ho.Be. division, is looking for a client, a company specialized in the distribution of food and non-food products for the catering industry, for a:

JUNIOR ELECTROMECHANICAL MAINTAINER

The resource will be responsible for:

• Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on systems to ensure their proper functioning and prevent breakdowns
• Fault Diagnosis and Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve problems that could compromise production.
• System Installation: Handle the installation and commissioning of new production systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, providing technical support.

The ideal candidate presents with the following requirements:

• High school diploma in a technical field (electrotechnical or mechanical preferred).
• Previous experience, even if brief, in similar roles.
• Knowledge of the main electromechanical maintenance techniques.
• Diagnostic capabilities, fault resolution, and knowledge of measurement instruments.

Good problem-solving skills and availability to work in shifts.

We offer:

• Initial 12-month fixed-term contract with the aim of permanent employment
• Full Time (2 shifts, no night shift)
• RAL 26/28K
