MECHANIC ASSEMBLER FOR BANK

ER Services Sagl ER Services Sagl is seeking MECHANIC ASSEMBLER FOR BANK for an industrial company active in the metalworking sector, with headquarters in Lugano Nord (TI). The selected candidate will be the reference figure for preparing, assembling, and managing mechanical molds used in cutting and pouring operations. He/she will ensure the correct functioning of the molds throughout the entire production cycle, intervening in case of anomalies and performing ordinary maintenance activities at the end of the production process. Responsibilities • Assemble and mount mechanical molds intended for production lines. • Ensure the correct installation of molds and their full operability for starting production. • Intervene promptly during production phases in case of defects or anomalies, making adjustments or repairs on-site and at the workbench. • Reduce downtime to ensure continuity of the production process. • Perform tests and inspections on new products, verifying the functionality of molds and the quality of the parts obtained. • Carry out ordinary maintenance at the end of production: cleaning, checking for wear, replacing damaged components, and restoring optimal conditions for the mold. • Collaborate constantly with Production, Maintenance, and Quality departments to ensure compliance with production, quality, and safety standards.
