Job description
Execute and ensure preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial cooling systems, exhaust, and fire suppression used in machines and industrial environments, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant operation with technical and environmental norms.
- Perform routine inspections on utility equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, exhaust fans, compressors, blowers, and sprinkler systems
- Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on forced air ventilation and refrigeration systems
- Make cleaning, filter replacement, refrigerant recharging, and parameter adjustments
- Identify anomalies and open a maintenance order for correction
- Replace filtering elements, recharge gases, replace worn-out parts
- Fill service orders and technical reports
- Provide technical support to the maintenance team
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and company procedures norms
- Assist in installing new equipment or modifying existing utility lines
- Improve existing exhaust, cooling, and fire suppression systems.
