Truck Mechanic

The professional in charge of this position will develop their functions in a specialized technical environment, with a primary focus on industrial vehicles and trucks. Their work will involve performing advanced diagnostic tasks, using specialized equipment and technical software to identify faults in complex systems. Furthermore, they will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive mechanical repairs, addressing components such as brake systems, manual and automatic transmissions, engines, and suspension systems. Preventive maintenance constitutes another key area, including oil change operations, axle alignment, and tire management to ensure the safety and operational efficiency of the vehicles. The role also requires the complete management of the repair process, from vehicle reception and work order creation to conducting post-intervention dynamic tests to verify service quality. Spare parts management will be part of the responsibilities, coordinating orders with suppliers and controlling the associated technical documentation. Finally, the candidate is expected to provide direct technical advice to customers, explaining the interventions performed and resolving their doubts, thus contributing to a satisfactory service experience and customer loyalty. The position offers job stability through a fixed and indefinite contract, with a competitive salary according to the "Oficial de Primera" (First Class Technician) category, complemented by a variable remuneration plan linked to objectives. The company provides a continuous training plan tailored to the employee and real opportunities for internal promotion. The working hours are from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
