• Assist in the technical development of less experienced professionals, sharing information and knowledge; accompanies and/or executes activities with higher levels of complexity.
• Perform failure analysis, identifying through methodologies and techniques the root cause of defects.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance on the grinder and its subequipment, such as hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, lubrication, transmissions, generators, compressors, motors, and general mechanical systems.
• Comply with the Company's safety standards through the proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Feed items for control of the maintenance routine, providing information related to it.
• Participate and contribute in meetings on: Maintenance, Electrical-Electronics, Quality Control Circles, and Safety.
• Be trained and authorized to operate the machine in an extraordinary manner, provided that is approved by the immediate superior.
• Use precision tools and equipment (caliper, micrometer, torque wrench, comparator clock, goniometer, etc.).
• Read and interpret drawings, patterns, and maintenance instructions, as well as suggest improvements to operational procedures.
• Use manual tools, such as welding machines, grinders, drills, and retifiers, etc..
• Eliminate defects through analysis and correction of anomalies in equipment.
• Be responsible for one's own safety and that of fellow workers, identifying and reporting all risks in the performance of activities.
• Use equipment correctly and perform maintenance on it, as well as maintain records of all maintenance activities performed, including details about the work done, parts replaced, dates, and test results, allowing for tracking of maintenance history.
• Stay updated with recent technologies and procedures in maintenance. Participate in mandatory safety training and professional development programs to improve skills.]
• Perform detailed inspections on assets, identifying wear, damage, failures, or potential problems, respecting safety standards and good practices.
