Main responsibilities and duties:

Perform and technically guide medium and high complexity mechanical maintenance services, assembling and disassembling machines and equipment, assemblies and sub-assemblies, repairing or replacing parts and components, as well as performing preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance services on all equipment and their accessories, performing lubrication, adjustments, and calibrations, according to the specifications of each machine, using appropriate tools and instruments, aiming to ensure availability, lifespan, and operational continuity according to the required quality and safety standards, with deadlines that meet the needs of the operation plan.

• Maintenance on refrigeration equipment such as: (Refrigeration Rack, plugin integrated equipment, hermetic and semi-hermetic compressors, evaporators, condensers.
• Welding on general copper refrigeration lines.
• Preventive maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
• Maintenance on rigid doors, high-speed doors, sectional doors, emergency doors, cold room panels.
• Programming and parameterization of refrigeration controllers, replacement of compressors and refrigeration electromechanical and electronic components.
• Control and interpretation of equipment parameters (temperature, humidity, suction and discharge pressure, among others).
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of doors, windows, roofs, and coverings, including repairs of locks and hinges.
• Perform electrical maintenance of panels and electrical controls, replacement of electrical components, installation of infrastructure and outlets.
• Apply waterproofing coatings, when necessary, to prevent leaks and structural damage.
• Assist in the execution of renovation or expansion projects, following the plans established by the engineering or architecture team.
• Perform minor repairs on hydraulic installations related to civil activities, such as unblocking pipes or repairing water tanks.
• Follow workplace safety standards in all activities, ensuring that regulatory norms (NR) are respected.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas, ensuring the correct disposal of construction waste and materials.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school and/or technical degree in building construction, mechanics, or electrical engineering completed;
• Experience as a Maintenance Mechanic;
