The role – your passion

• Your main mission is to ensure the roadworthiness of our vehicles and the satisfaction of our customers.

• You oversee several rental stations in your region.

• You share responsibility for the technical condition of our campervans.

• You independently perform minor repairs on our vehicles and pass on your knowledge to the station teams so they can handle some repairs themselves.

• You actively participate in improving your work environment, you are enthusiastic about new projects, and you propose your ideas.

What you need to surf with us

• You have completed training as an automotive mechanic/automotive mechatronics technician or similar training in the automotive sector.

• You have solid knowledge of different makes and vehicles, ideally you are already familiar with our most common models.

• You are very flexible, willing to travel occasionally, and have good manual dexterity.

• You are fluent in French and have a good command of English.

YOUR SALARY

We ❤️ transparency. The salary range for this position is between €25,200 and €33,600 gross per year. We are currently introducing salary scales in our job postings to ensure fair treatment for everyone.

During the recruitment process, once we get to know each other better and can more precisely assess your skills and experience, we will determine together the level within this range that best suits you.

During an annual feedback interview, your salary will be reviewed at least once a year.
