Manpower Machinist-Adjuster (H/F) ? Delémont, The company : Located in the Delémont Valley and specialized in the mechanical domain. Main responsibilities - You will be in charge of setting up and adjusting machines for reconditioning - You will take care of assembling tools - Participate in training production operators - Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment. - Adjust, calibrate, and optimize machines to ensure optimal performance. - Diagnose and quickly resolve technical failures. - Participate in continuous process improvement. - Document technical interventions and ensure follow-up on maintenance operations. - Collaborate closely with production teams to minimize downtime. Skills and qualifications required - Diploma in machinist, adjuster or equivalent technical training in the industrial domain. - Confirmed experience in maintaining and adjusting industrial machines, ideally in a fast-paced production environment. - Mastery of mechanical and electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques. - Ability to read and interpret plans, electrical diagrams, and technical drawings. - Autonomy, rigor, and organizational sense. - Good communication skills in French, English or German would be an asset. - Knowledge of automated systems and maintenance management software would be a plus.
