Multiskilled Mechanic (M/F)

Vikings Auto is recruiting a Multiskilled Mechanic H/F for its concession located in Cherbourg. The concession represents the brands Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Audi, Seat Cupra, and Skoda as an authorized distributor and repairer. You will be entrusted with the following missions: Intervene on maintenance performances (draining, braking, tires etc...) Intervene on light mechanics (distribution, clutch, steering etc...) Intervene on more technical mechanics (piston, intake...), Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, Carry out repairs and replacements of various components, including brakes, suspension, and electrical systems, Conduct diagnostic tests to identify the source of a problem, Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve issues, Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals, Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used, Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques, Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.
