For our production team, we are looking for our future:

Tool Mechanic (M/F/X) at 100%

Workplace:Biel/Bienne

• Prepare production tools and equipment for our turning and grinding departments
• Manage tool stock, electronic management "Toolbox"
• CMMS, distribution and monitoring of maintenance orders
• Collaborate with the Purchasing department to issue requests for quotations
• Maintain an accurate inventory of tools by controlling incoming and outgoing items
• Design and manufacture new production tools, such as centerless loading blocks or fixtures
• Conventional mechanics work
• Contribute to continuous improvement, ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, and guarantee compliance with safety standards and manufacturer recommendations

• Holder of a CFC in mechanics, micro-mechanics, or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of 3 years of experience would be a plus
• You have good knowledge in the field of cutting tools and machining technologies
• You have knowledge in electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• You are comfortable reading plans, diagrams, and technical manuals
• You master the basic tools of the Office suite
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• You demonstrate meticulousness, precision, and autonomy
• Your team spirit is strong, and you possess solid organizational skills
• You are recognized for your responsibility, availability, and versatility
