Your role goes beyond simple assembly: you shape the railway structures of tomorrow. Your work revolves around three fundamental requirements:
- Absolute rigor: You are proficient in drilling, riveting, and torque tightening. Precision to the millimeter is your standard.
- High technicality: You integrate complex sub-assemblies and ensure the perfect sealing of each module.
- Quality culture: Guaranteeing the safety of future passengers, you perform methodical and autonomous self-inspection.
Rewarding overall compensation
Randstad Inhouse recognizes your expertise and offers you a complete package:
- Hourly rate: From €12.60 to €12.98 per hour depending on experience.
- Financial benefits: A full 13th month and team bonuses to reward your shift work.
- Mobility: Reimbursement of your home-to-work travel allowances. Technical challenges boost your daily life and you place high standards at the top of your priorities.
- Technical mastery: You have proven experience in high-precision mechanical assembly.
