Industrial Mechanic (m/f/x)

Job Description
- Intervene on bearings, motors, industrial gearboxes, and gear reducers;
- Perform disassembly, reassembly, and alignment operations of equipment;
- Diagnose breakdowns and implement appropriate corrective actions;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of installations;
- Ensure compliance with safety rules on site;
- Coordinate and supervise a team during interventions when necessary.Profile Profile sought:
- You have confirmed experience in industrial mechanics, ideally in heavy mechanics;
- You have solid knowledge in industrial installation maintenance;

You master interventions on:
- bearings and roller bearings;
- industrial motors;
- gear reducers;
- industrial machines and installations;
- disassembly, reassembly, and replacement of mechanical components.

You are capable of performing technical diagnostics, fault finding, and efficient troubleshooting;
Complementary skills in electromechanics, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics are a real asset;
You are autonomous, reactive, and take initiative easily;
You demonstrate an excellent sense of responsibility;
You are capable of working in a demanding environment and under pressure;
You have good team management and coordination skills.
