Description of the post :

We are looking for a passionate Mechanic / Technician who is interested in maintenance and equipment management for a client in the school transportation domain. Reporting directly to the operations manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal functioning of installations.

Main responsibilities :

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and installations.
• Perform regular inspections to identify repair or replacement needs.
  
• Participate in continuous process improvement in maintenance.
• Maintain respect for health, safety, and environmental standards in all operations.

Sought-after profile :

• Degree in mechanics, electromechanics, or a related field.
• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in preventive maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong skills in team management and organization.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and mechanical systems.
• Mastery of computer software and tools for maintenance management: Cummins insite, wabco, Allison hub
• Able to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
