Job description
Vikings Auto is recruiting for a permanent contract an Automotive Mechanic (M/F) for its dealership located in Cherbourg. The dealership represents the brands Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Audi, Seat Cupra, and Skoda as an authorized dealer and repairer.
Salary to be determined based on profile.
Depending on your experience and skills, you will be involved in:
Routine vehicle maintenance: oil changes, braking systems, tires, etc.
General mechanical operations: timing belt, clutch, steering, etc.
Technical interventions for experienced profiles: cylinder head, engine or gearbox replacement, etc.
You will also be required to:
Complete repair orders.
Perform vehicle test drives after intervention.
Ensure the quality of services and customer satisfaction.
You have:
You have a qualification in automotive mechanics and maintenance (CAP, Bac pro, BTS) and some experience in a mechanical workshop: apprenticeship experience or an experienced profile.

The Vikings Auto workshops are functional. Everything is provided in terms of equipment and materials to minimize the physical constraints associated with the profession.
Position to be filled as soon as possible from Monday to Friday. Notice periods are accepted.
Remuneration according to skills with a monthly variable incentive.
Possibility of advancement within the Vikings Auto Group, represented by its 21 Volkswagen dealerships in Normandy.
