You will join a team responsible for assembling metal molds.
Your main tasks:
Analyze, interpret and work from technical plans and dimensions
Use precision measurement instruments (micrometer, caliper, etc.) to control parts and adjust
Implement machine tools (e.g.: drill press, grinder, or other depending on equipment) for machining, adjusting and assembling components
Perform welding operations using an electrode in the context of assembly, adjustment or repair of molds
Work with great precision to achieve the required tolerances
Organize your workstation, manage tools, ensure cleanliness and proper storage of parts
Respect the assembly schedule, anticipate needs and be rigorous in tracking and quality of operations.
ProfileYou justify a confirmed experience as a machinist-adjuster or mold assembler in the field of metal mold assembly.
Good mastery of plan reading, dimension calculations and precision measurement instruments.
Significant experience in using manual/converted or CNC machine tools, and ability to intervene on adjustment, machining, and assembly.
Mastery of electrode welding (MMA); knowledge of other processes would be a plus.
A keen sense of precision, organization, and method; rigor and meticulousness are essential.
Ability to work in a team while being autonomous in your tasks.
