• Sureness: You will diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical defects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
• Prevention: You will take care of the electrical panels and respect the maintenance schedule to avoid unpleasant surprises.
• Evolution: You will actively participate in reviews and complex maintenance work.
• Organization: You will document your interventions (repair records), providing the team with visibility on the equipment's status.

• You have specialized studies (electric, mechanical or electromechanical).
• You've accumulated at least 3 years of experience in a similar position (experience in automations is a big plus and will help you stand out quickly).
• You're an initiative-taking person – if you see a problem, you'll find the solution, not just the cause.
• You like to communicate and work in a team (you'll never be alone facing a challenge).
