Mechanic Maintenance

Responsibilities :

• Executes maintenance work on equipment, installations, and buildings within its area of activity according to maintenance plans and qualification matrices;
• Is responsible for the quality of planned maintenance and repairs, in order to maintain buildings and equipment at the parameters designed for operation;
• Collaborates, as needed, with team leaders / masters / technicians / sector heads from production and maintenance, to rectify defects in the shortest time possible, during timely and high-quality reviews;
• Verifies the good functioning of machines, equipment, and installations within its area of activity;
• Identifies and remedies mechanical problems that have arisen in the operation of equipment and installations and takes measures to prevent them;
• Participates in the assembly and commissioning of new equipment and in training organized according to plans for training;
  
  Requirements :
  • Secondary technical studies (high school or vocational school) – experience in the field is an advantage;
  • Work experience in an industrial environment – preferred;
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to specific job requirements;
  • Decision-making and prioritization capacity;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Discipline, seriousness, and practical spirit;
  • Availability to work in shifts.
