Lamb Technicians – Permanent Full-Time Fresh Meats NZ is a boutique, Napier-based lamb processor operating year-round and manufacturing products for both domestic and export markets. We are proud to be part of Integrated Foods Group, an international food processing and agribusiness with large-scale farming operations in Gisborne. We operate an alternate-day processing schedule — primary processing (slaughter) one day and secondary processing (boning) the next. This provides variety and the opportunity for our team members to develop their skills and expertise across multiple areas of the processing operation. As a Meat Processing Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the processing of lamb carcasses, including tasks such as de-hairing, trimming, and boning. You will also be required to work safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
