We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person meetings. Our goal is to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience with our Ad and Publisher products. This includes helping them set up and configure their accounts, troubleshoot issues, and optimize their ad campaigns for maximum ROI. We also provide training and support for our customers' teams, so they can effectively use our Ad and Publisher products to achieve their goals. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing measurement solutions that help our customers track the performance of their ads and optimize their campaigns for better results. This includes working with our data science team to develop and implement new measurement solutions, as well as collaborating with our product development team to integrate these solutions into our Ad and Publisher products. You will also work closely with our customer-facing teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support and guidance on how to use our measurement solutions effectively.
