M&E Engineer/ Senior (Construction/Design Industry)

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the mechanical and electrical (M&E) design and engineering activities. Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of M&E systems for construction projects. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure integration and coordination of M&E systems with overall project design. Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and technical documents. Prepare and present technical proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards. Manage and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources. Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction. Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in M&E design and engineering, preferably in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., local building codes, ASHRAE, etc.). Proficient in using relevant software and tools for M&E design and analysis (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
