Main Duties: Lead structural engineers and technicians in the design and construction of structures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and identify potential issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians. Analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions and optimize structural performance.
