MDOcore Release Train Engineer (w/m/d)

Our products are used in various fields such as surveillance, reconnaissance, and communication systems. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Release Train Engineer (w/m/d) who will be responsible for the coordination of multiple agile teams within our MDOcore program. The ideal candidate should have experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum or Kanban, and be familiar with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket. Additionally, knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization (e.g., Docker), and cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS) would be beneficial. Furthermore, the ability to communicate effectively in English is essential for this role. The successful candidate will work closely with our development teams to ensure the smooth release of software products and services. This includes planning, coordinating, and monitoring the entire release process from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in software development or a similar role.
