MCC Engineer

Join FLYYO, a dynamic and rapidly growing airline headquartered in Bucharest, Romania, operating a modern fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft. We are seeking a skilled and experienced MCC Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication with the flight crew for MEL dispatch and technical troubleshooting.
• Act as the interface between Part145 and the flight crew on a daily basis.
• Monitor aircraft status for rectification of MEL/CDL items and deferred defects, and coordinate routine works at the base airport.
• Collaborate with OCC to update maintenance schedules.
• Manage the AOG recovery process, including AOG spares.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in A320 Line or Base maintenance or previous work in MCC or Trouble/Shooting teams.
• University or technical college education.
• Proficiency in Technical English for reading and communication with contracted MRO and flight crew.
• Preferably, EASA Part 147 certificates for initial and recurrent training in Human Factor, Fuel Tank Safety, and EWIS.
• 5 years of experience in aviation (aircraft maintenance, CAMO, MCC).
